Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup boiled peas
  2. 1-2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
  3. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  4. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  5. 1 tsp black pepper
  6. 1½ tomatoes
  7. 1½ tbsp mango pickle
  8. 2 onions
  9. 500 gms minced meat
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Salt to taste
Method
  • 1- Heat oil and fry onions.
  • 2- Add minced meat and cook till it changes its colour.
  • 3- Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste and tomato ketchup.
  • 4- Stir-fry and finally add boiled peas and pickle.
  • 5- Cover the pan and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  • 6- While serving, garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
