Boil 1 kg of meat with 4 glass of water on low flame for 2 hour.
When meat is tender and water is half, turn the flame off.
Heat 4 tbsp oil in another pan and add 2 onions finely chopped. Fry onion and take it out of pan.
Crush fried onion with 4 green cardamom and 1 tsp cumin.
Add this mixture in pan along with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 1/2 tsp salt and fry. Now add in meat and fry well. Add 2 glass of chicken stock and 6 green chilies.
Cook for 1/2 hour. Lastly add 1/2 tsp of all spice powder.
