Ingredients
  1. 1 kg (whole piece Boiled) Meat (Mutton)
  2. 2 Onion
  3. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  4. 4 Green Cardamom
  5. 1 tsp Cumin
  6. 6 Green Chilies
  7. ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. 1/2 tsp Salt
  10. ½ tsp All Spice Powder
  11. 2 cups Chicken Stock
  12. 4 tbsp Oil
Method
  • Boil 1 kg of meat with 4 glass of water on low flame for 2 hour.
  • When meat is tender and water is half, turn the flame off.
  • Heat 4 tbsp oil in another pan and add 2 onions finely chopped. Fry onion and take it out of pan.
  • Crush fried onion with 4 green cardamom and 1 tsp cumin.
  • Add this mixture in pan along with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 1/2 tsp salt and fry. Now add in meat and fry well. Add 2 glass of chicken stock and 6 green chilies.
  • Cook for 1/2 hour. Lastly add 1/2 tsp of all spice powder.

Many afghani mutton karahi recipes ae availiable online but i did not find them sounding good. Please if any one have made afghani mutton karahi and the receipi have proven good then kindly share receipe for Afghani motton karahi.
