Ingredients
  1. Small chicken with bone 500 grams
  2. Turnip 400 grams
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Garlic ginger paste 2tbsp
  6. Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  7. Cumin powder ½ tsp
  8. Whole black peppercorns 5-6
  9. Cloves 2
  10. Black cardamom 1
  11. Cinnamon 1 piece
  12. Tara garam masaala 2tsp
  13. Red chili powder 1tsp
  14. Salt 1tsp
  15. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  16. Green chilies 4-5
  17. Green coriander ¼ cup
  18. Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan ,fry 1 onion,2 tbsp ginger garlic paste ,2 tomatoes,2tbsp of tomato paste,1/2 tsp whole cumin ,5-6 black peppercorns,1black caromom,1piece of cinnamon,2tsp tara garam masala,1 tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder and allow to cook.
  • Now add small chicken in prepared mixture.
  • When chicken is half cooked then add 400 grams of turnip.
  • Then add 4 cups of water to tenderize the chicken.
  • Now dish out and garnish with ¼ cup green coriander and 4-5 green chilies.
