Soak the rice for 2 hours
Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped onions until brown in color
Add 1/2kg potatoes, 1tsp black cumin, 1tsp black pepper powder, 2 bay leaves,4 black cardamoms, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2tbsp crushed green chili paste.
Add ½ kg boiled meat and cook well. Now add2 glasses of water and cook for 10 minutes
Add the soaked rice and cook until the rice is nearly done and the water is just about to dry.
Add 1 bunch of chopped mint leaves,1tbsp crushed fennel seeds and 1tbsp whole coriander. Cover and reduce the flame to a simmer .Cook for another 20 minutes
