Grind 8 green cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar. In a bowl mix together 8 eggs, ½ kg khoya, 1 ½ cup sugar, ground green cardamoms, 1 cup ghee and a pinch of yellow color. Mix well and pour this mixture in a wok. Fry well on low flame for 10 minutes till oil separates. Pour this mixture in a greased tray, garnish with chopped almond and pistachios. Spread silver foil on top and serve.
