Ingredients
  1. Figs 250 gm
    Semolina 250 gm
    Khoya 250 gm
    Milk ½ kg
    Clarified butter 1 cup
    Sugar ½ cup
    Chopped green cardamom ½ tsp
Method
  • Soak dried figs in two cups of water for three to four hours. Drain and make a puree using a little water if required
    Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cardamom seeds .Add the pureed fig, 250g khoya , semolina and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Stir in 1/kg milk .When the mixture begins to thicken, cook until the ghee comes on top.
    Transfer onto a  serving platter and serve
