In a mixing bowl add 1 kg apples, 2 lemon juice and ½ cup sugar to mix well.
In a pan add 1 cup clarified butter with 2 cinnamon sticks and 3 to 4 cloves to crackle.
Then add apples and cook on high flame.
Then add 1cup condense milk and ½ cup raisin to mix.
Now add as required butter and suate. When oil separates dish it out and garnish it with dry fruit and serve.
