Ingredients
  1. Macaroni (boiled) 1 packet
  2. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  3. Salt as to taste
  4. Tomato (chopped) 5
  5. Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  6. Paprika 1 tsp
  7. Onion (chopped) 2
  8. Garlic (paste) 6 cloves
  9. Olive oil as required
  10. Coriander as preferred
  11. White sauce:
  12. Plain flour 3 tbsp
  13. Butter 3 tbsp
  14. Salt a pinch (or as to taste)
  15. White pepper (safayd dakni mirch) 1 tsp
  16. Milk 3 cup
  17. Eggs 3
  18. Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method
  • 1,Heat some olive oil in a pan.
  • 2.Add onion and garlic paste in it, and saute fry them.
  • 3.Then add minced meat in it.
  • 4.Also add salt, black pepper and paprika.
  • 5.Then add tomatoes and coriander in it.
  • 6.Cook them all well.
  • 7.White sauce: Mix flour and butter and fry them well.
  • 8.Then add salt, white pepper and milk.
  • 9.Cook them all till the mixture thickens a bit.
  • 10.Then beat the eggs and add them in the above mixture.
  • 11.Mix cooked mince-meat and white sauce in boiled pasta.
  • 12.Sprinkle cheese on it.
  • 13.Oil the baking tray with olive oil.
  • 14.Bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Note: Cooking Time: 200 minuts, Serving: 4-6 persons
