Ingredients
  1. Oil5 tbsp
    Medium sized onion2
    Garlic3-4 cloves
    Chopped Fresh red chili  1
    Green onion6
    Green capsicum            1
    Cauliflower½ cup
    Peas½ cup
    Eggs2
    Tomato paste1 tsp
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
    Tabasco sauce½ tsp
    Rice1-1/2 cup
    Roasted peanuts¼ cups
    Green coriander 2 tbsp
    Saltas required
    Black pepperas required
Method
  • Heat  2tbsp oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown.
    Now fry the eggs in 1 tbsp of oil and keep aside.
    Then fry 3-4 cloves of garlic  and 1 red chili in 2 tbsp oil .
    Add ½ cup of peas, 1/2 cup of cauliflower and allow frying.
    Then add 1-1/2 cup of rice ,1 capsicum ,2 eggs,6 green onion,1/2 tsp of Tabasco sauce,1tsp tomato paste ,2 tbsp lemon juice and allow to cook on high flame.
    Also add salt , black pepper powder  and ¼ cup of roasted peanuts and mix them well.
    Garnish with green coriander and fried onion.
