I don't think about the dishes and what are their names . I open your recipe and see the pictures and if an image advances me, I begin making it. The color of firni is very dark, I want to know that due to the almonds make it light brown or you include some other ingredients which make it brown ? I eager to make sweet dish In home.

Phirni is just like Kheer i dont like kheer much but I do like Badami Phirni. I add saffron to enhance the color and taste of this dish.
