Ingredients
  1. Jalebi 1/2 kg
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. Egg white 2
  4. Khoya 1 cup
  5. Sugar as required
  6. Saffron 1/2 tsp
  7. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Almonds 100 gm
Method
  • Put saffron, sugar and cardamom powder in milk and cook on low flame.
  • Now spread jalebi in dish.
  • Put cooked milk.
  • Then put beaten egg whites on milk.
  • Then put khoya and almonds and bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  • Badami doodh jalebi is ready.
