Heat 4tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces along with 1tbsp minced garlic cloves
When the color of the chicken changes add 1 cup tomato puree, 2tbsp crushed red chilies, 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp cumin, 1tbsp soya sauce and 1tbsp vinegar. Increase the flame and cook until the oil floats on top. Turn the flame off.
Grease an oven tray and spread a layer of pasta on the base followed by a layer of chicken
Now spread another layer of pasta and top with ½ cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup cream, 1 cup mozzarella cheese .Sprinkle 1tsp oregano on top
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes
The delicious baked creamy pasta is ready to be served.
