Ingredients
  1. Bakray ki kaleji ½ kg
  2. Tazah tamatar (tomato paste) 1 cup
  3. Adrak (ginger grind) 1
  4. Lehsan (garlic grind) 1
  5. Namak (salt)
  6. Surkh mirch (red chili powder)
  7. Siyah mirch (black pepper grind)1 tbsp
  8. Hara dhanya 1 gaddi
  9. Sabz mirch (green chili) 4 kati huyi
  10. Garam masalah pisa hua 1 tbsp
  11. Doodh (milk) ½ cup
  12. Onion grind 1 cup
Method
  • 1 Kaleji ki botyan doodh mein 5 minute kay liye bhigo kar lehsan malay pani say dho lein.
  • 2 Patili mein ½ cup oil daal kar onion sonahri kar kay is mein kaleji daal dein.
  • 3 Kaleji ka pani khushk ho jaye to adrak, lehsan daal kar bhoonein.
  • 4 Tamatar ka paste, namak, surkh mirch shamil kar kay mazeed pakayein
  • 5 Kaleji gal jaye to theek hai warnah thora sa pani daal kar siyah mirch, sabz mirch aur garam masalah bhi shamil kar dein paknay kay baad 3,4 minute kay liye dam par rakhein
  • 6 Utartay waqt kutra hua hara dhanya bhi shamil kar dein.
  • 7 Dish mein nikal kar muli aur salad kay patton say sajayein. Mazadar kaliji taiyar hai.
