In a pan put together 250 gm chicken mince, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp bar BQ sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp all spice, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt. Cook on low flame.
When the mince is tender, give dum of coal.
Cut tortilla into square, spread with grated cheese.
Spread chicken filling and chopped capsicum on tortilla.
Brush with 50 gm butter.
Sprinkle 1 tsp oregano and 1 tbsp chopped garlic on top.
Now bake in grill oven for 10 minutes.
