Ingredients
  1. Chicken Boneless ½ kg
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Cream ½ cup
    Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
    BBQ white chicken masala 1 tbsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt as required
    For garnish:
    Salad leaves 3-4
    Tomatoes 1-2
    Onion 1-2
    Lemons 1-2
Method
  • Cut chicken in small pieces. Take 1 tbsp garlic paste, ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup cream, 2 tbsp green chili paste, 1 tbsp BBQ white chicken masala, 2-3 tbsp oil and salt in a mixing bowl and marinate chicken in it. Put the chicken pieces in the BBQ sticks and cook it on a low flame / later give a coal burn. Garnish it with salad leaves, 1-2 tomatoes, onion and lemons.
