Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut 300 gm
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Tomato chopped 1
  4. Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  5. Pineapple rings 4 – 5
  6. Mayonnaise ½ cup
  7. Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
Method
  • Cut 300 gm beef undercut into thin long slices. Now add to the boiling water and boil till tender. Remove in a strainer and keep aside. Finely chop 1 onion and 1 tomato separately, also chop 4 – 5 pineapple rings into small cubes. Now mix altogether boiled beef, chopped onion, pineapple cubes and chopped tomato.
  • Add 2 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp black pepper powder and ½ cup mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread salad in a platter, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve chilled.
