بیف بریانی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. چاول آدھا کلو بھیگے ہوئے
  2. گائے کا گوشت آدھا کلو ابلا ہوا
  3. دہی دو سو پچاس گرام
  4. ہری مرچ پاؤڈر دو کھانے کے چمچ
  5. دھنیا پاؤڈر دو کھانے کے چمچ
  6. نمک دو چائے کے چمچ
  7. لال مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
  8. ہلدی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  9. گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  10. بادیان کے پھول چار عدد
  11. جائفل پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  12. جاوتری پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  13. ادرک ایک کھانے کا چمچ باریک پسا ہوا
  14. لہسن ادرک پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  15. آلو بخارہ پچاس گرام
  16. ہرا دھنیا آدھی گٹھی
  17. پودینہ آدھی گٹھی
  18. پیلا رنگ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  19. تیل چار کھانے کے چمچ
  20. پیاز ایک چائے کا چمچ فرائی کیا ہوا
METHOD
  • ایک پین میں اڑھائی گلاس پانی، دہی، ہلدی پاؤڈر، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، نمک، تیل، گرم مصالحہ پاوڈر، لہسن ادرک پیسٹ، جائفل، جاوتری پاؤڈر اور بادیان کے پھول ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
  • پھر اس میں ابلا ہوا گائے کا گوشت شامل کرکے دس منٹ تک پکائیں۔
  • پھر دہی، پیلا رنگ اور چاول شامل کرکے دو کنی پکا لیں۔
  • پھر اوپر پیاز، ٹماٹر، آلو بخارہ، ہرا دھنیا، پودینہ، ادرک اور تیل شامل کردیں۔
  • دس سے بارہ منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
  • پھر چولہے سے ہٹا کر ڈش میں نکال کر سرو کریں۔

Can I use more quantity of green chilies in beef biryani? Actually I my whole family members like to eat very hot and spicy Beef biryani that is why I thunk the quantity of green chilies in this recipe is not enough to develop the spicy taste.

Usually Beef take not much time to cook that is why i think after mixing all the ingredients just fifteen minutes are enough otherwise the meat starts to convert into small pieces.
