Heat oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg beef. Fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
Then add 125 gm yogurt, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, salt to taste and ½ cup water. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
Now remove the lid, add ½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves and 6 chopped green chilies. Mix well and dish it out.
