Ingredients
  1. Beef Tender loin  220g.
    Chopped Ginger  20g.
    Chopped Dry Onion 40g.
     Black Mushroom80g.
     Julienne Carrots 30g.
     Julienne Green Onion 20g.
     Cooking Oil 30 ml.
     Unsalted Butter   20 g.
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce 30 ml.
    Coleslaw Beetroot 120g.
    Iodized Salt 10g.
    Black Pepper 5g.
Method
  • Marinade the beef tender loin with salt, peeper and soy sauce then grilled into medium Cut into finger size and arrange to the plate.
    Put oil in the frying pan and Sautee the chopped ginger & garlic  then add the julienne sliced of mushroom Seasoned with soya soy sauce, sugar syrup, salt and pepper Add with unsalted butter then dropped the julienne carrots and green onion, put on topped of the sliced grilled beef then garnish with coleslaw beetroot and ready to served
