I already have all the ingredients in home which is necessary to make Besan Ka Halwa, I am just looking the way of preparation and applying. Let see either I will success to make it very tasty or not, although I am good in continental dishes.

I never use blender for making besan ka halwa that is why I feel some small rounded besan balls in my mouth which is make because I just use a large spoon to poured it, next time I will make with this method.

Its so easy to make Besan Ka Halwa, except the the besan that we are using for cooking purpose must be good quality, otherwise the Halwa would not be prepare perfectly.

I make it many times but every times i could not success to make it without any round balls which was made due to the mixing and pouring of basen.

Every time you stir the spoon otherwise all the besan converts into the small balls that is the problem in making but it is a simple sweet dish.

Basan ka halwa is very tasty halwa and more easy but poring of spoon in the preparation of this halwa is a most important thing. I will prepare this halwa in the shab-e-baraat.
