1. Grind together cumin, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, red chilies and turmeric.
2. Heat oil and fry beef in it.
3. Then take it out in a bowl.
4. In the same pan add onion, garlic, ginger.
5. When onion turns brown then add in it beef with masalas from the bowl.
6. Also add in this vinegar, yaqni, sugar, salt, black pepper and cook with lid covered until beef is tender.
7. Stir-fry until oil floats on top.
8. Decorate this with paper and serve with rice.
