بھنا ہوا بیف (INGREDIENTS)
  1. گوشت ایک کلو
  2. دہی دو کپ
  3. پیاز آدھا کلو باریک کٹی ہوئی
  4. تیز پات چار عدد
  5. چھوٹی الائچی پانچ عدد
  6. بڑی الائچی پانچ عدد
  7. ادرک لہسن پیسٹ دو چائے کے چمچ
  8. گرم مصالحہ حسبِ ضرورت
  9. نمک حسبِ ضرورت
  10. کالی مرچ حسبِ ضرورت
  11. گھی حسبِ ضرورت
METHOD
  • پیاز کو گھی میں ہلکا سرخ کرلیں اور گوشت ڈال کر اس کو تھوڑی دیر تک ہلکی آنچ پر رہنے دیں۔
  • پھر دہی ڈالیں اور اس کو بھونیں۔
  • اب اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ (آدھا ڈال دیں)، الائچیاں اور بقیہ اشیاء ڈال کر گوشت کو اچھی طرح بُھون لیں۔
  • اب تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر گوشت کو گَلا لیں۔
  • آخر میں باقی ماندہ ادرک لہسن ڈال کر بُھون لیں۔
  • تیار ہونے پر کٹا ہوا ادرک اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر سَرو کریں۔
