Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut ½ kg
  2. Green chilies ground 3 – 5
  3. Mint leaves ¼ bunch
  4. Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  5. Ghee / oil ¼ cup
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp
  7. Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  8. Chili powder 1 tbsp
  9. Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  11. Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  12. Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
  13. Salt to taste
Method
  • Cut ½ kg undercut into thin long slices. If leg piece is used marinate meat slices with salt to taste and 3 tbsp raw papaya paste for 10 to 15 minutes.Now marinate meat with 2 tbsp poppy seeds, 3 – 5 ground green chilies, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves, salt to taste, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves and keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Now thread each slice in metal skewers in zigzag style, now grill on burning coal from both sides until golden brown.Brush with a little butter during bar BQ.
