In a clay pot heat 1 cup clarified butter and fry 2 onions till it turns light brown. Then add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste with 1 kg meat to cook. Then add 2 tbsp kunna masala, 2 tbsp red chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add 1 liter stock and cook on low flame. When meat tender, add as required salt. Now mix roasted flour in water and pour in gravy to turn thick and dish it out. Top with black cumin and sliced ginger to serve.
