Ingredients
  1. 200 grams chicken boneless
    2 boiled potatoes
    2 green chilies
    4 bread crumbs
    ½ cup gram flour
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp mustard paste
    2 tsp red chili powder
    2 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp coriander
    Oil for frying
    Salt ½ tsp
Method
  • Dice the chicken and place in a deep skillet   along with the following red chili powder, 2tbsp vinegar,2tbsp soya sauce,1/2tsp salt,2tsp mustard paste and ½ cup water.
    When tender, allow the chicken to cool, add 2 green chilies, 2tbsp coriander, mashed and 1tsp cumin.
    Shape the mixture into dumplings .Mix ½ cup gram flour with sufficient water to form a thick batter
    Dip the dumplings in the batter and dredge in breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
