Ingredients
  1. Bread slices8
    Fresh milk½ liter
    Vanilla custard2 tbsp
    Sugar½ cup
    Fresh cream1 packet
    Almonds20
    Apricots½ kg
    Oilto fry
Method
  • Deseed the apricot and slice them.
    Take some oil in the frying and fry the bread slices till they are golden brown. Cut them into two slices.
    Take ½ liter oil in the pan and add in ½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp vanilla custard. Cool it and remove it from the stove.
    Spread the bread slices in the dish and spread custard over it.
    Fry the apricots and layer them over the custard.
    Spread one packet fresh cream over it.
    Garnish it with fried almonds and serve.
