Ingredients
  1. Bread slices 8
  2. Khoya 250 gm
  3. Castor sugar 1 cup
  4. Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  5. Ghee 1 cup
  6. Almond & pistachio 100 gm
  7. Kewra water 1 tbsp
  8. Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  9. Edible beaten Silver as required
Method
  • Crush 8 bread slices and fry in 1 cup ghee till its color turn to golden brown.
  • Now add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup desiccated coconut and ½ tsp cardamom powder.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add 250 gm khoya , also add 1 tbsp kevra water and turn the flame off.
  • Take out in serving dish, spread 100 gm chopped almond and pistachio. Garnish with edible beaten silver and serve.
