Ingredients
  1. Bread 1 (big size)
  2. Mince 250 gm
  3. Peas 125gm (boiled)
  4. Carrot 250gm
  5. China grass 20gm
  6. Eggs 2 (whipped)
  7. Red chili powder too taste
  8. Ginger garlic 1/4 tea spoon
  9. Onion 1
  10. Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Coriander leaves as required finely chopped
  13. Green chili as required finely chopped
Method
  • Heat clarified butter in pot.
  • Then add red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and onion in pot.
  • When onion turns to golden color then add mince meat and cook on low heat.
  • Remember never add water in it.
  • Once the mince is cooked then add boiled peas with coriander leaves and green chilies.
  • Now peel and grate the carrot, then mix in mince meat and cook for a few minutes.
  • Soak china grass in water until soft.
  • Cut the bread lengthwise into thick slices.
  • Put bread slice on paper.
  • Put mince mixture and china grass into slice and do stirring.
  • Now roll slices with paper.
  • Pull up paper while rolling the bread, to avoid rolling paper with bread.
  • Finally fold paper on roll and turn the edges.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Gently separate paper from rolls and apply whipped eggs around the rolls.
  • Fry rolls in hot oil until it becomes golden color.
  • Delicious mince meat rolls are ready to serve.
