Ingredients
  1. Chopped Onion  ¼ cup
    Chopped Garlic  1tsp
    Chopped Ginger1tsp
    Turmeric powder¼ tsp
    Salt½ tsp
    Fresh red chili2
    Wateras required
    Noodles ingredients
    Mushrooms¼ cup
    Roasted Peanuts¼ cup
    Tomato1
    Coconut milk½ cup
    Green onion½ cup
    Bamboo shoot½ cup
    Soya sauce2 tbsp
    Oil4 tbsp
    Fresh mint2 tbsp
    Boiled Egg noodles1 packet
Method
  • Grind ¼ cup onions, 1 tsp garlic, 1tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 fresh red chilies with some water to make curry paste
    Now heat oil in a pan, add curry paste, 1/4 cup mushrooms and ½ cup Bamboo shoot        .
    After 2-3 min pour ½ cup of coconut milk.
    When it starts to boil then put 1 packet of egg noodles and 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tomato and ½ cup green onion and mix them well.
    Garnish Burmese noodles with ¼ cup roasted peanuts.
