Soak 10 almonds and 15 pistachio, peel and grind them. Wash and soak 3 cup of gram lentil for an hour and them boil it. When the lentil is boiled grind it. Now take 2 cup oil in the pan and sauté 8 small cardamoms in it. Then add in grinded gram lentil when the color changes add in 2 cup sugar and 2 cup milk. Cook everything together and add in chopped walnuts and 15 raisins. Cook it for 5 minutes and then close the pan. Grease the tray and spread the halwa in it. Garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachio. Cut small pieces out of it. Chanay ki daal ka halwa is ready to serve.
