Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg Gram lentils
  2. 2 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 8 Green cardamom
  4. 2 cup Full cream powder milk
  5. 10 Almond chopped
  6. 15 Pistachio chopped
  7. 2 1/2 cup Ghee / oil
  8. 1 tsp Sugar.
  9. as required Walnut chopped
  10. as required Khoya
Method
  • Wash gram lentil with lukewarm water, now boil with water till tender. cool and chop in a chopper.Heat 2 ½ cup ghee or oil in a wok, add in ground mixture of 8 green cardamoms and 1 tsp sugar.
  • Fry well till golden brown in color. Now add chopped gram lentils and fry well. Then add in 2 ½ cup sugar.Cook till sugar melts, then add 2 cup dry milk powder and chopped walnut as required. Fry well. Cook till ghee come on top.
  • Spread mixture in a greased serving dish. Garnish with khoya, chopped almond and pistachios
