Ingredients
  1. Mince 1 kg
    Capsicum sliced 1
    Tomato sliced 1
    Eggs 2
    Fresh coriander 1 bunch
    Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
    Tomato puree 1 cup
    Onion chopped 250 gm
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Crushed red chili 2 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Dalda Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
Method
  • In pan, put together 1 kg mince, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp crushed pepper, 1 cup tomato puree and cook with 1 cup water till mince tender. Add 250 gm chopped onion and 1 bunch fresh coriander, fry well and then turn the flame off. Now in a bowl put together mince mixture, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp oregano, ½ packet grated cheddar cheese
