Ingredients
  1. Flour1-1/2 cup
    Sugar powder1cup
    Oil¼ cup
    Eggs2
    Baking powder1tsp
    Salt¼ tsp
    Curd1-1/4 cup
    Cherries¾ cup
    Vanilla essence1tsp
Method
  • Pre heat oven at 180 degrees
    Mix 1-1/2 cup Flour, 1cup Sugar, , ¼ tsp Salt, 1tsp Vanilla essence and 1tsp Baking powder in a bowl.
     Mix 2 eggs, 1-1/4 cup curd and ¼ cup oil in other bowl.
    Now slowly flour mixture in egg mixture and put some cherries.
    Grease 4 cup cake moulds.
    Pour the mixture in greased cup cakes and keep in oven to bake for 15-20 minutes
     Delicious cherry cup cake is ready to serve
