• Par-boil rice and spread on a newspaper
• Cut chicken into small pieces
• Boil stock until ¼ cup remains
• Mix yellow food colouring in egg; beat; fry vigorously and cut finely.
• Heat ½ cup oil in a pot; fry chicken till it changes colour
• Add stock, rice, soya , sauce and salt mix.
• Add egg and spring onions and put on dum serve hot
