1. In skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until softened.
2. Add chicken and cook, breaking up with back of spoon, for about 5 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, carrot and seasoning.
4. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
5. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
