Ingredients
  1. * 1 Boneless Chicken Breast
  2. * 3 cloves of Garlic (Lehsan) (chopped)
  3. * A few strands of Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) (for garnish)
  4. * Salt (to taste)
  5. * 1 ½ tsp. Coriander Powder (Pisa Dhania)
  6. * ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder (Pisi Haldi)
  7. * ½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder (Pisi Lal Mirch)
  8. * 1 ½ tbsp. Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh)
  9. * 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
Method
  • 1. Wash the chicken and cut into 1-inch pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and salt.
  • 2. Fry the garlic until it is light brown. Add the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes stirring constantly. Then add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Fry for another 3 to 4 minutes stirring frequently and check to see if the chicken has become tender.
  • 3. Once chicken is cooked and tender, remove from heat. Add the lemon juice and garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
