Ingredients
  1. • 1 cup…. Cooking Oil
  2. • Water…. (As Needed)
  3. • 250 gm…. Noodles
  4. • 200 gm…. Chicken
  5. • 2…. Onions
  6. • 1…. Green Capsicum
  7. • 2 tbsp…. Chili Sauce
  8. • 2…. Carrots
  9. • 100 gm…. Cabbage
  10. • 2 tbsp…. Soy Sauce
  11. • 1/2 cup…. Water
  12. • Salt…. (As Needed)
  13. • ½ tsp…. Black Pepper Powder
  14. • 1 tsp…. Sugar
  15. • ½ tsp…. Chinese Salt
  16. • Green Onion…. (As Needed For Garnishing)
Method
  • 1- In a pan, add water, cooking oil, noodles and bring it to boil.
  • 2- Let them cool with the help of water
  • 3- Add cooking oil in a pan then add chicken and fry until light brown. After that, add onion, green capsicum and cook for a while and then strain the extra cooking oil.
  • 4- Now, in a pan, add cooked chicken mixture, chili sauce and fry it.
  • 5- Now, add carrots, cabbage, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, chinese salt and cook for 2 minutes. After that add noodles in it.
  • 6- Use green onion for garnishing.
  • 7- Your tasty Chicken Chow Mein now ready to serve
