Ingredients
  1. Karhai cut Chicken half Kg
  2. Chopped Tomatoes 3 to 4
  3. Chopped onion 1 medium sized
  4. Black pepper ¼ Tsp.
  5. Salt (according to taste)
  6. Chili flakes half tsp. (optional)
  7. Red chili powder half tsp.
  8. Ginger paste half tsp.
  9. Garlic paste 1 tsp.
  10. Oil 3 tbsp.
  11. Garam Masala powder 1 tsp.
  12. Fresh coriander chopped (for garnish) Green chilies 2 to 3 (for garnish)
Method
  • Put oil in a pan (Karhai) and add chopped onion. Stir till the onion is pink in color and add in the chicken pieces. Let the water dry add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper and garam masala with tomatoes. Mix them well and let the chicken cook till tender. Garnish and serve with naan or rice.
