Ingredients
  1. 1 packet of Noodles
  2. 1 ½ kilogram of Chicken (boneless) (cut lengthwise)
  3. ¼ kilogram Cabbage (Band Gobhi) (finely chopped)
  4. 3 Carrots (grated)
  5. ½ tsp. Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (grounded)
  6. 2 tbsp. Vinegar (Sirka)
  7. 4 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (cut into lengthwise pieces)
  8. Salt (to taste)
  9. 3 tbsp. of Cooking Oil
  10. ½ tbsp. Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt)
  11. 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Method
  • In a large sauce pan (degchi) boil water with ½ teaspoon salt. Add noodles and 1 teaspoon cooking oil and cook until noodles
  • are tender. Drain noodles and immediately rinse them with cold water. Mix 1 teaspoon of cooking oil into noodles and set
  • aside.
  • In the same sauce pan add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add all of the vegetables, chicken, soy sauce, and other
  • ingredients and mix. Stir-fry for 4 minutes, add noodles and stir for a few more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
