Ingredients
  1. 1 ½ cup boiled pasta
    1 cup black chickpeas
    ½ cup red kidney beans
    ½ cup white kidney beans
    1 ½ cup boiled chicken
    2 boiled potatoes
    2 boiled eggs
    1 cup pineapple cubes
    1 cup boiled corns
    Cream for garnishing
    Salt as required
    1 ½ tsp salt
    1 tsp Chinese salt
    Mustard paste for garnishing
Method
  • In a  medium sized bowl mix together 1 1-2/ cup boiled pasta,1 cup boiled chickpeas,1-1/2 cup boiled shredded chicken, 2 boiled and diced potatoes, 2 boiled and diced eggs,1 cup pineapple cubes and 1 cup boiled corn
    Toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper and 1tsp Chinese salt
    Top with cream and mustard paste
    Serve chilled
