Ingredients
  1. 1) Beef undercut 1 1/2 kg, cut into large pieces and frozen for 1-2 hours.
  2. 2) Green chillies 15, remove seeds and cut lengthwise in thin strips
  3. 3) Garlic 8, cloves peeled and crushed
  4. 4) Black pepper 1 tsp, crushed
  5. 5) White pepper 1 tsp, powdered
  6. 6) Sugar 1 tsp
  7. 7) White flour/ chicken 1 tsp
  8. 8) Corn flour 1 tsp
  9. 9) Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  10. 10) White vinegar 2 tbsp
  11. 11) Salt to taste
  12. 12) Sesame seed oil (Chinese) few drops
  13. 13) Oil 4 tbsp
Method
  • 1. Remove meat from freezer and cut into thin slices.
  • 2. Marinate the meat in a mixture of all ingredients except the oil and green chillies and leave for an hour.
  • 3. Just before serving, heat oil in a wok or karahi till very hot and stir fry the meat.
  • 4. In a separate pan stir-fry the green chillies and add to meat.
  • 5. Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.
