Chinese Fried Fish? recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Main Course recipe of Chinese Fried Fish? can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

fish fillets ½ kg
?egg yolks 4
? Corn flour 4 tbsp
? flour            2 tbsp
?salt  to taste
? oil 1 tbsp
?white pepper ½ tsp
?red chili 1tsp
   Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

METHOD

For marinating of fish put salt, 1tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and keep aside.
For the batter put 4 egg yolks, 4 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp flour, salt, ½ tsp white pepper and 1 tbsp oil in bowl and allow beating to make batter.
 Now dip the marinated fish in the batter and deep fry it.
