Ingredients
  1. Flour      2 ½ cup
    Icing sugar2 cups
    Chocolate bar250 gm
    Baking powder2 tbsp
    Baking soda1 tsp
    Eggs       6
    Dry fruits (chopped)½ cup
    Honey   2-3 tbsp
    Butter   200 gm
    Filling and topping:
    Dry fruit1 cup
    Icing sugar 1 cup
    Cream   2-3 cups
    Unsalted butter                1 ½ cup
Method
  • For Sponge:
    Beat eggs and butter in the bowl. Then add in 2 cups of icing sugar. Beat it till the batter is fluffy. Add in 2 tbsp baking soda, 2-3 tbsp honey and ½ cup dry fruits. Mix everything also add in 250 gm melted chocolate and beat everything together. Now add in 2 ½ cups of flour mix it with the help of hand till the mixture is smooth. Put it in the baking tray. Heat the oven at 200c and bake it for 35 minutes. Cut it into pieces.
    For filling and topping:
    Mix together 1 cup icing sugar, 2-3 cups cream and 1 ½ cup unsalted butter. Keep it in the fridge and cool it. Put the cream on the cake. In the remaining cream add chocolate and use it in the topping. Garnish the cake with dry fruits and serve.
