Ingredients
  1. Cooking chocolate 300 gm grated
    Eggs 3
    Caster sugar ½ cup
    Coco powder 1 tbsp heaped
    Whipped cream 300 gm
    Grated chocolate to decorate
Method
  • Melt chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stir until melted, remove from heat and cool slightly, beat eggs, gradually adding in sugar, beat for 10 minutes until is doubled in volume, fold in cooled chocolate and coco powder until combined, in a separate bowl beat cream until stiff, carefully fold the cream in chocolate mixture, spoon into 6 serving glasses, chill for 1 hour, decorate with extra whipped cream and grated chocolate.
