پسی ہوئی ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
سوکھی گول لال مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھہ عدد
ہری مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار عدد
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
سرسوںکا تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی

METHOD

چولائی کا ساگ دھو کر باریک کاٹ لیں۔دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز سہنری کریں۔اس میں ساگ سمیت تمام اجزاء ڈال کر ہلکا سا بھونیں اور دم پر رکھ دیں۔پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اسے دوبارہ بھونیں اور گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
