Ingredients
  1. 2 (15 ounce) cans of Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans) (Kabuli Chana)
  2. 1 large Potato
  3. 2 tbsp of Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhania)
  4. 1 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)
  5. 2 tbsp. of Chaat Masala (or to taste)
  6. 3 tbsp of Imli Chutney (or to taste)
  7. ¼ of a medium sized Onion (diced)
  8. 1 medium Tomatoe
  9. Salt (to taste)
Method
  • Boil the potatoe in a small pot in water until it is cooked. Skin it and cube it. Drain and wash the Chick Peas.
  • Dice the onion, tomato, green chilies and coriander/cilantro leaves. Add everything to a large bowl and mix throughly.
