Ingredients
  1. Rice300 gm
    Saltto taste
    Garlic paste1 tbsp
    Tomatoes boiled3
    Chicken stock1 ¼ – 1 ½ glass
    Corn1 cup
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Peas boiled½ cup
    Spring onion2 – 3
    Oregano½ tsp
    Oil3 – 4 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sauté for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Then add 1 cup corn, ½ cup boiled peas, 3 boiled chopped tomatoes, 2 – 3 chopped spring onions and ½ tsp oregano. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Now add 1 ½ glass of chicken stock, salt to taste and 1 tsp crushed black pepper. Cook till it comes to a boil.
    Add in 300 gm soaked rice, cook till rice starts coming on top. Mix well.
    Cover and simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
    Now dish it out and serve hot.
