  1. Smoked Chicken:
  2. For Step1:
  3. 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  4. 2 tbsp. tikka masala
  5. 2 tbsp. ginger/ garlic paste
  6. Salt, as per taste
  7. 1 tbsp. Oil
  8. For Step2:
  9. Coconut powder 3 tbsp.
  10. Water ¾ cup
  11. Green onions 2-3 + green chilies chopped
  12. Corn Rice:
  13. Prepare baghar
  14. 8-10 round red chilies
  15. 1 capsicum cut into pieces
  16. 1 tbsp. kalongi
  17. Curry patta
  18. 1/3-cup corn
  19. Take 1-2 tbsp. Oil and add the curry patta, red chilies, kalongi, capsicum and corn.
  • Step1:
  • Marinate the chicken for an hour or so in all the ingredients except oil.
  • Heat Oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken till tender. Do not add water.
  • Smoke the chicken by placing a piece of burning coal on tin foil and add 1 tbsp. of Banaspati.
  • Cover the pan and let smoke till the fumes die out.
  • Remove the coal and foil.
  • Step2:
  • Heat the water and dissolve coconut powder in it.
  • Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
  • Add the green onions and chili in it.
  • Step 3:
  • Boil ½ kg rice.
  • For Corn Rice:
  • Take 1-2 tbsp. Oil and add the curry patta, red chilies, kalongi, capsicum and corn.
  • Stir for a little while and add this baghar on the cooked rice and cover.
  • Take 2 tbsp. of chili garlic sauce and 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Step 5:
  • First spread the rice in a serving dish. Drizzle the chili garlic mayonnaise and if desired top with coriander.
