Wash and soak 2 cups of rice and then boil them with some salt and 1 tbsp white vinegar. Once boiled drain the water and simmer it for 5 minutes. Add in ½ cup oil in the pan and add in ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Now add in ½ tin tomato paste and 1 tin sweet corn. At the same time add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper , 1 tsp red chili flakes and some salt. Cook it and then add in 6 chopped green chilies and rice. Add in 1 tbsp soya sauce. Cook it for 5 minutes and then add in 1 tbsp butter cook it for 5 minutes and serve.
