Ingredients
  1. Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
    Chicken Boneless 250 gm
    Rice flour ½ cup
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Yogurt  4 tbsp
    Gram flour 1 cup
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Red chili powder 2 tbsp
    Cardamom powder 1 tsp
    Salad leaves 3-4
    Cucumber 1-2
    Oil to fry
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Take ½ potatoes cut in four pieces and 250 gm chicken in the mixing bowl. Now add in ½ rice flour, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 4 tbsp yogurt,1 cup gram flour, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, salt and mix everything together. Put potatoes and chicken in BBQ sticks and deep fry them. Garnish it with salad leaves, cucumber and serve.
